With the gift of the Spirit the early Church was Empowered to spread God’s Love to all places. That same Spirit of God empowers us to live more fully faithful lives as we stay connected to the source of power. In this series we will be reminded of why the Spirit empowers us, and how we best stay connected to the Source.
SERMON DESCRIPTION
We are empowered to belong. To belong to God, to belong to each other, to belong to the church. Belonging is one of the deepest needs of humanity, and through the Spirit’s empowerment are we enabled to belong. We will explore how that happens and how we can embrace this empowerment.
