SERMON DESCRIPTION The doctrine of the Trinity makes a tremendous difference… a tremendous positive difference… to say that Jesus is in fact the living God who dwells among us. It makes a great deal of difference to us that God condescended to dwell with us and to make the supreme self-sacrifice instead of sending someone else to be brutalized; and it matters to us that the spirit dwelling within me and within you is God’s own.
